What Max does for you

Your job search wingman, right inside LinkedIn.

Max lives in Chrome's side panel next to LinkedIn. He writes and fills, you decide, and you always press Send or Submit.

New

✦Fresh jobs, matched to you

Tell Max the role you want once. Every day he pulls new openings from the big job boards and the career pages of the companies you name, then ranks each one by how well it fits your resume, with one line on why. From any match, one click tailors your resume, finds who to contact or opens the application. Max never scrapes LinkedIn.

✦Autofill every application

Fill out your Apply profile once: contact details, links, work authorization, sponsorship, start date and your resume file. On LinkedIn Easy Apply, click ✦ Autofill with Max on each step. On Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Workday and most other sites, click Fill this application in the side panel. Max fills the empty fields and outlines them, and you check every answer and click Submit yourself. Your profile stays in your browser.

▤A tailored resume for every job

Open any LinkedIn job and click Tailor my resume. Max rewrites your bullets with Google's XYZ formula, mirrors the posting's real keywords and keeps it ATS friendly. Edit it, then download PDF or Word.

◎Who to contact, and what to say

Max finds the hiring team on the posting, tells you which hiring manager and recruiter to look for, and writes your connection note, your after you apply message and a follow up.

☀Morning hiring alerts

The first time you open LinkedIn each day, Max flags posts that mention hiring for your role and finds fresh hiring posts and people worth following.

◔Resume and profile scores

See your resume and your LinkedIn profile the way a recruiter does, with a score for your target role and the exact fixes, plus rewrites you can paste.

✎Openers hiring managers answer

On any profile, Max reads what that person posted and writes a short, specific opener with one real question. In your voice, never a copy and paste pitch.

↻Gaps, handled honestly

Career change, a gap, a missing skill? Tell Max during setup. He frames it in your summary, flags it per job and tells you how to talk about it. He never invents results.

How it works

Apply smarter in 3 steps.

1

Tell Max your target

Pick Job seeker in setup, add the role you want, your level and anything that could hold you back. Upload your resume once.

2

Pick from your matches

Open Jobs for you in the side panel, or any LinkedIn job, and click ✦ Tailor my resume. Fill in the numbers Max marks, then download PDF or Word. Each job includes a free second version.

3

Apply, then reach out

Click Who to contact. Send the note to the hiring manager within a day, comment on their posts, and follow up once with something new.

Resume guide

Google's XYZ formula, explained.

Google recruiters popularized a simple rule for resume bullets: Accomplished X, as measured by Y, by doing Z. It turns duties into results a hiring manager can picture.

XWhat you accomplished: the result.
YHow it was measured: a number.
ZHow you did it: the action and skills.
BeforeResponsible for onboarding emails for new customers.
AfterRaised trial to paid conversion from 41% to 63% by rewriting the 5 onboarding emails and testing send times with the growth team.

Make it ATS friendly

Applicant tracking systems read text, not design. Use one column, standard headings (Summary, Skills, Experience, Education), no tables, icons or text boxes, and the posting's exact words for skills you really have. Max does all of this for you.

Never make numbers up

If you don't know the exact number, Max leaves a placeholder like [X%] for you to fill in with a real figure or a careful estimate you can explain in an interview. A believable resume beats an inflated one.

FAQ

Questions job seekers ask.

What's the difference between the free score and a tailored resume?

The free score on this page shows how your current resume stacks up for the role you want, with the top fixes. The full, in depth tailored resume is in the free ReplyMaxxing Chrome extension: open any LinkedIn job and Max rewrites your whole resume for that posting, adds the right keywords, flags your gaps and gives you an ATS ready PDF and Word file. The free plan includes 2.

Will Max make things up on my resume?

No. Max only uses what's in your resume and your setup answers. He never invents employers, titles, dates, degrees or results. Where a number would help, he leaves a placeholder like [X%] for you to fill in.

Is the tailored resume ATS friendly?

Yes. One column, standard section headings, no tables or graphics, simple dates, and the posting's keywords where you truly have the skill. You can download it as a PDF or a Word file.

Where do my job matches come from?

From a job search service that covers the big job boards (LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor and company sites), plus the career pages of the companies you name in your setup. Max never scrapes LinkedIn. Each role gets a fit score for your resume and target role. Paid plans get a fresh check every day; on the free plan you check when you want.

Can Max fill out job applications for me?

Yes, the boring part. Fill out your Apply profile once, then Max fills the same questions on LinkedIn Easy Apply and on most application sites like Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby and Workday. He only fills empty fields, outlines what he filled, and never clicks Next or Submit: you check every answer and submit yourself. Questions only you can answer, like "Why this company?", stay for you. ReplyMaxxing never applies, connects, messages, likes or posts on its own.

Is my resume stored?

Your resume stays in your own browser. It's sent to our server and our AI provider only to tailor or score it, and it isn't stored there. For the free score on this page we keep your email, target role and score, not your resume.

How do the morning alerts work?

The first time you open LinkedIn each morning, Max flags posts on your feed that mention hiring for your role, and on paid plans runs a web search for fresh hiring posts and people to follow. Nothing runs while LinkedIn is closed.

What does it cost?

The free plan includes 2 tailored resumes and 2 resume scores. On paid plans a tailored resume uses 10 credits and includes a free second version for the same job, a resume score uses 3, and who to contact uses 2.
